Bachelor Thesis from the year 2014 in the subject Didactics - Theology, Religion Pedagogy, grade: 1, , course: Educational Psychology, language: English, abstract: The Adventist education has the vision of giving Christ centered education through developing physical, mental and spiritual aspects. All SDA church employees’ children had privileges to afford such education because of education assistance granted to them.

After doing long literature review on factors that may affect physical, mental and spiritual growth among young people, the researcher realized that missing the means to afford Christian education and education at all hinders significantly those aspects of life. Therefore, this made him conduct the research using both qualitative and quantitative methods in collecting data about the impact the decision of ECRF since 2012 of limiting the education assistance to four children has on education of other children among the family of church employee. He distributed questionnaires among 27 employees and interviewed 3 officers and 6 children that affected by that policy before they accomplish A level.

The statistical result proves the considerable impact of limiting the education assistance to four children, on education of other children. The lack of interest to the church, gaining deviated education and drop out of schools are likely definition of the impact. Therefore, it seems that the parents and the SDA church should put in consideration the education of those children as well to prepare more future members and leaders for the church. Besides this, possibly those parents whose children are out of eligible conditions should find other way to advance their children’s Christian education even though the SDA church education assistance might be inadequate or missing.

The objective of this thesis was not only to fulfill the academic requirements but also to reveal problems that children above four in church employees may face.
