Eleanor Shepherd spent thirty years in ministry as a Salvation Army Officer in Canada and France, where she had many occasions to practice listening skills. She is now Quebec Director of Philanthropy for Opportunity International Canada.

<br> I am a Chatty Cathy. My grade eight report card said, "Laura is merely here to socialize." She had me pegged! Which is why I found More Questions Than Answers so interesting. I don't practice the art of listening as well as I should. Yet, it is something in which every Christian should be proficient. We listen to the Word of God every Sunday morning. We listen to the "still small voice of God" in our prayers. We listen during Bible Study. Yet, sometimes we are so eager to share our faith, that we fail to listen to the person we are trying to share it with.
