Management was one of the most important areas covered by change and development in the years of the last century, especially the recent years towards the end of the century. Continuous development has become the way to survive in the face of contemporary changes, where everything is in constant development, society is in constant movement, whether for better or for worse. Aspirations Individuals and groups are on the rise in search of better standards of living, economic and social well-being, and more abundant job opportunities. Human resources are constantly developing and knowledge workers are the basis of new organizations, and those whom the labor market seeks. We live in a two-directed era, the first orientation, "globalization." It turned the world into a small village and changed the form of life through the openness and communication it created between peoples and countries thanks to communications and information technologies, most notably the Internet and social networking sites.
The second trend is that many human societies have turned into a "knowledge society" that draws from the products of human minds, their intellectual creativity, and the innovations of science and technology, transforming the lives of their citizens to higher levels of well-being, social justice, and true democracy.
"Modern management" was the product of the marriage between "globalization" and "knowledge." It helped spread globalization and refine its practice. It also created methods and systems for employing renewable knowledge and pursuing it with applications that developed business organizations and all societal organizations and institutions, and thus contributed to developing people's lives to better levels. In general, with exceptions, the world is still suffering from countries, policies, and groups that employ globalization and knowledge to achieve evil goals! ".
