Identifying the theological purpose underlying the depiction of angels at certain key points in the history of their use raises new questions about how angels are to be understood by people today.
Dylan Potter studied at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, where he received his doctorate. Having been a lecturer in the United Kingdom and Singapore for several years, he is currently an author and business owner based in the United States.
